When swimmers have competed in Gala's and Open Meets, they
will often swim faster than they have done in the past. This time is called
their personal best (PB). At the next competition it is very important that
you know what your PB is for all the races you are swimming in. Could all
swimmers from Junior Development please print off the PB Sheets for both
Short course and Long Course events, and fill in with their current best
times, date achieved and the competition venue, then bring these sheets with
you to every competition so you can compare the times you do with your best.
