Stockport Metro has strong links with all of the areas borough clubs. As an introduction to our training squads we have a club link programme, this is aimed towards swimmers from the borough clubs aged between 7 - 10 years

Swimmers can attend Metro sessions as a link swimmer for a period of 3 months, before making a decision whether they want to join the club in full.

Swimmers are always encouraged to stay a member of their local club when they join metro, so they can compete for the team if required.
